About
Who We Are
Lipkvich Fabrication is a full-service fabrication, machining, and heavy equipment repair company based in Pittsfield, Maine. Since our earliest days, we’ve committed ourselves to marrying traditional craftsmanship with modern technologies to produce solutions that last. Our work spans from small custom parts to large structural builds, with clients in agriculture, forestry, construction, marine, and industrial sectors.
From our first job to present day, our foundation is built on three guiding principles:
-
Quality in Craftsmanship — We believe detail matters. Every weld, every cut, every machined surface carries our pride.
-
Reliability & Accountability — You can depend on us to meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and stand behind our work.
-
Continuous Improvement — We invest in learning, upgrading tools, and refining processes to stay ahead of industry expectations.
Our Origins & Journey
Lipkvich Fabrication began in 2013, when founder Justin Lipkvich received a request for heavy-duty bucket forks for a local woodcutter. That first job was more than a fabrication task — it was the spark that ignited a broader vision: to deliver quality metal work for customers who demand durability, precision, and integrity.
Over the years, we have grown steadily — expanding our scope, adding equipment, and diversifying our capabilities. From humble beginnings, we’ve evolved into a shop capable of handling complex projects, yet still grounded in the same hands-on values that launched us.
Our Mission & Values
Mission
To deliver high-quality, long-lasting fabrication and repair solutions that exceed expectations — through craftsmanship, teamwork, and accountability.

-

What Makes Us Different
When you work with Lipkvich Fabrication, you’re not dealing with a faceless subcontractor — you’re partnering with a dedicated team that cares. Here are ways we set ourselves apart:
-
Full Spectrum Services Under One Roof
Fabrication, machining, welding repairs, finishing, structural work — we’ve invested in the breadth to reduce outside handoffs and speed up delivery. -
Responsive & Client-Focused
We maintain open communication. When things change (and they often do in fabrication or repair), you’ll know what’s happening. -
Hands-On Leadership
Justin — and other experienced fabricators — stay involved in projects. That means better oversight, fewer surprises, and more accountability. -
Quality Assurance Built Into Process
We incorporate inspections, checks, and controls throughout the workflow, not just at the end. That helps catch issues early and keep client satisfaction high. -
Continuous Learning & Upgrades
We attend trade shows, invest in new tooling, refine welding or machining methods, and stay current with industry best practices. -
Local Presence, Broader Service Zone
While we’re rooted in Maine, we serve clients across New England and beyond — with the ability to ship parts, work remotely, or dispatch mobile repair teams when needed.
Our Team & Culture
Behind every successful piece is a team committed to excellence. Our technicians, welders, machinists, and support staff are chosen not just for skill but for integrity, work ethic, and pride in the product. We aim to create a working environment where collaboration, respect, and continuous learning are the norm.
We also believe in investing in our team — sending personnel to workshops, certification courses, and fostering a safety-first, problem-solving mindset.
